    I love it. Everyone of a certain age should paste this into the corner of their bathroom mirror. Talk about gratitude and seeing the silver lining of things — this is it.

    Many times I’ve described my muscles with the Rice Krispies (cereal) analogy: Snap, Crackle, Pop. Guess I’m not the only one!
