I found this on Positive Outlooks on Facebook and it just seemed so apt today. You may know that from time to time my health condition flares up and causes me physical problems, but you probably won’t know that there are times when it gets to me and causes me other problems too.
Today is one of those days: I can sense the storm clouds gathering and they are threatening to stop me in my tracks. It’s one of those days where I really need to dig in and grip the palm tree on the beach as the tsunami unleashes itself over my head. I have got responsibilities to carry out in the next couple of days and at this precise moment in time I can’t see how I’m ever going to put one foot in front of the other. There’s a journey to be had, if only I can make that first move.

Hang on, Pam! Isaiah 43:2 comes to mind.
Thank you so much Patti. Today and last night were tough going for me but I don’t feel as bad tonight. The impending storm hasn’t broken yet but I feel stronger to deal with it when it does. I wish I didn’t get these spells of weakness, they are really disappointing and frustrating.
one foot at a time dear friend
Thank you Patrecia
Don’t feel bad, Pam, if you need to take a bit of a rest from time to time. You just can’t be on the go all the time. Have you thought of doing some meditation during your quiet time?
If you take the required rest, I’m sure you can easily catch up with all your responsibilities a bit later on.
