Friday? Already??

I can’t believe Friday has arrived already this week. It has been a very VERY full week for me and I have loved every minute of it.

From Experience Christmas with the little ones in Church, to playing carols for four whole-school assemblies (totalling about 1000 children) across Middleton with the band all day today, to helping set up for the Fair tomorrow to shopping for the food for my soup and hot chocolate offerings tomorrow it has been a bit full-on!!

My validation came this evening when I went into Tesco to get the stuff for tomorrow and a little boy came up to me and said “Excuse me, did you play at St Michael’s this afternoon?”. I said “Yes I did, did you hear us?” and he said “Yes, it was BRILLIANT!!”.

I was made up with that. Thank you little boy you have made my day 🙂
