  1. I recently read that the thoughts we have at bedtime are the ones that “marinate” in our subconscious during sleep. If we let words like this sink deep in our subconscious, we will act it out accordingly. It’s then we will see the changes we desire in our lives. Thanks for sharing this excellent quote 🙂
